It is essential to understand you, as the buyer, and you understand how we intend to best assist you in purchasing your next home or investment property.

For instance, many buyers believe they need to find the property before beginning to work with a bank or a mortgage broker. Not necessarily true! Instead, it is the other way around. To encourage agents to take you to see house and to secure the purchase of that house you truly like, you must be pre-qualified. Most of the times, it is even better to obtain a commitment from a bank. If you so desire, we can assist you at this stage of the process as well.
